Deposit is non refundable for cancellation received fewer than 60
days before confirmed arrival.
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Policies
$300 Security deposit is needed to reserve this home. All rates are
subject to 12% sales and tourist tax.
House keepining charges are $110 per reservation and is due 30 days
prior to occupancy.
Refunds
Deposit will be refunded back within 30 days of departure. Long
distance calls or damages are deducted from the deposit. |
