Rental Rate Notes
For rentals less than a week the cost will be for minimum three
nights plus tax. Pool is brand new ans heated free (up to 82
degrees), and should work when the outside temperature is over 55 degrees.
All rentals are subject to $120 house-keeping charge.
Deposits
$300 Refundable Security deposit is needed to reserve this home.
Deposit is partially refundable for cancellation received fewer than
30 days before confirmed arrival. Full payment is due 30 days prior
to arrival. Payment can be made on-line via PayPal (e-mail for detail).
Policies
All rates are subject to 7% Sales and 5% Tourist tax. House keeping
charges are $120 per reservation and is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
Refunds
First-Come-First-Serve Policy for reservation. After a reservation is
made, the property will not be available for others to make a
reservation. Inquiry about the property does not guarantee the
property will be available for reservation.
The $300 Security deposit will be refunded back within 30 days after
departure. Long distance calls (except US and Canada calls included
in our phone plan), extra kitchen-cleaning charges, or damages to
this property caused by tenants will be deducted from the deposit.
US and Canada long distance are provided FREE as our welcome gift.
International or and other chargeable calls (please inquire) are chargeable. |
